Full cut jacket fashioned out of 100% antique lamb. This popular G-1 has a bi-swing back for ease of movement and a real mouton sheep shearling collar that can be easily removed, knit cuffs and waistband. Front flap pockets, hidden side entry pockets keeping the look “authentic”. It features full zip front wind flap, under arm grommets, and two inside chest pockets. This G-1 has a quilted lining with Patriotic Flag theme. This jacket is full cut so order your regular size. Proudly made in the U.S.A. Note: The leather cockpit nametag on chest is no longer available by factory for this jacket, however, there is a label of authenticity on the left inside lining.

The original Top Gun 'Movie Heroes jacket. This beautiful vintage jacket is crafted out of specially prepared vet tanned goatskins, hand cut and sewn and aged to perfection replicating the jacket that Cockpit had been making as far back as 1985 and seen in the Top Gun movie. A movie star on its own! Featuring all of the 17 patches and the USN Anchor pin, this iconic replica is tailored to early 60s specifications with light russet colored antiqued mouton collar and special vintage treatment giving it a patina and look of a jacket having seen many hours of wear back in the day. Complete with knit waist band and cuffs, early Mil. Spec. pattern and featuring one inside snap closed pocket, 2 outside button patch pockets with pen, pencil, protractor pocket under the left pocket flap. The jacket is sized to vintage specs and runs slightly snug. So if you want to have a more full fitting jacket you should order one size up. Otherwise if you want a movie star look wear the jacket snugly over a white T-shirt. Proudly made in the USA.
